Product Description
Product Features:
Foamed silicone (also known as silicone foam or sponge silicone) is a high-performance elastomer that combines the excellent properties of silicone rubber with the characteristics of a porous foam structure. Thanks to its lightweight nature, resistance to both high and low temperatures, excellent resilience, superior sealing performance, and chemical inertness, it finds extensive applications across numerous high-end manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Product Application:
Electronic device cushioning and sealing: As cushioning pads and sealing strips for the screen bezels, battery compartments, and interfaces of precision electronic devices—such as smartphones, tablets, and smart wearables—these components leverage their soft, resilient properties to absorb vibrations, prevent component loosening, and simultaneously block the ingress of dust and moisture, thereby ensuring stable device operation.
Thermal management for new‑energy vehicle batteries: Positioned between the power‑battery module and the battery‑pack housing, its foamed structure exhibits low thermal conductivity, effectively inhibiting heat transfer during operation and maintaining uniform cell temperatures. At the same time, it provides cushioning protection in the event of a vehicle collision, reducing the risk of battery damage.
Sealing and sound insulation for architectural doors and windows: Used in the gaps between door and window frames and sashes, as well as at curtain wall joints, its elastic foam structure accommodates minor deformations of the openings, ensuring long-term sealing to prevent air infiltration while absorbing external noise. This enhances the building’s thermal insulation and soundproofing performance, meeting the energy‑saving requirements of green buildings.
Vibration‑damping protection for medical devices: Applied inside the housings of medical instruments—such as ultrasound equipment and patient monitors—and at sensor interfaces, this solution leverages its biocompatibility (as a medical‑grade material) and vibration‑damping properties to minimize the transmission of operational vibrations, safeguard sensitive components, and prevent discomfort to patients or operators, thereby meeting the safety and comfort requirements of medical devices.

Note:
1. The tape thickness does not include the thickness of the release liner.
2. Custom production is available upon customer request.
3. To achieve the optimal bonding surface, the substrate must be clean and dry. The ideal temperature range for applying the adhesive tape is 21–30°C. It is recommended not to apply the tape when the initial bonding temperature is below 10°C, as the adhesive may harden at such low temperatures, preventing a secure bond. However, the tack at low temperatures remains satisfactory.
