It exhibits excellent initial tack and long‑term adhesion, is easy to die‑cut, and offers superior stability. It provides strong adhesion to plastics, synthetic paper, and rough surfaces. At elevated temperatures, it maintains robust adhesion, with a long‑term temperature resistance of 80°C and a short‑term tolerance of up to 150°C.
Product Application:
Automotive interior component fastening: As a high‑initial‑adhesion adhesive, it is used for bonding and securing interior parts such as floor mats, headliners, door panels, and dashboards, withstanding the vehicle’s extreme temperature fluctuations to ensure long‑term adhesion and eliminate unwanted noise.
Appliance panel assembly: Used for bonding metal or glass panels in air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other home appliances, delivering excellent shear strength. It replaces traditional screws or snap‑fit fasteners, enabling seamless aesthetics and streamlined assembly.
Structural bonding for electronic devices: Used to secure screen bezels, batteries, and internal components in precision electronics such as smartphones and tablets. Thanks to the excellent conformability of its nonwoven substrate, it adapts to even slight curvatures, ensuring robust structural integrity.
Architectural Finishing and Advertising Signage: Used for elevator car interior panels, aluminum composite panel joints, and the installation of large outdoor billboards, this product offers exceptional weather resistance and aging durability, effectively shielding against UV radiation and rain erosion to prevent delamination.

Note:
1. The tape thickness does not include the thickness of the release liner.
2. Custom production is available upon customer request.
3. To achieve the optimal bonding surface, the substrate must be clean and dry. The ideal temperature range for applying the adhesive tape is 21–30°C. It is recommended not to apply the tape when the initial bonding temperature is below 10°C, as the adhesive may harden at such low temperatures, preventing a secure bond. However, the tape’s tack remains satisfactory even at low temperatures.
