Product Description
Product Features:
Plain‑weave high‑temperature fabric (also known as Teflon plain‑weave fabric or PTFE plain‑weave fabric) is a high‑performance composite material made by impregnating a glass‑fiber substrate with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin. Its plain‑weave structure gives it a smooth, even surface and uniform texture, making it widely used—and indispensable—in numerous applications.
Product Application:
Industrial heat sealing and welding release: Coated on the heating roller surfaces of plastic heat sealers and extruders to prevent molten plastic residue, keep equipment clean, and enhance packaging and welding efficiency (suitable for packaging machinery and plastic processing equipment).
Textile printing and dyeing heat-setting: Used as a guide belt or backing pad in heat-setting machines, it withstands high‑temperature setting processes, prevents dyes and auxiliaries from adhering to the fabric, and ensures uniform surface texture and color in textiles (suitable for printing and dyeing mills and textile finishing equipment).
Electrical and electronic insulation protection: used for solder mask masking in wave soldering of circuit boards, or for insulating coatings on motors and transformers, with resistance to short-term… 300℃ High-temperature resistant with no residual adhesive upon removal, protecting sensitive components from thermal damage (suitable for electronics manufacturing and electrical equipment maintenance).
Chemical‑resistant lining: Used as an anti‑corrosion liner for chemical pipelines and reaction vessels, it withstands the corrosive effects of acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, extending equipment service life and meeting stringent corrosion‑protection requirements in demanding operating conditions (suitable for chemical production and environmental‑treatment equipment).

Note:
1. The tape thickness does not include the thickness of the release liner.
2. Custom production is available upon customer request.
3. To achieve the optimal bonding surface, the substrate must be clean and dry. The ideal temperature range for applying the adhesive tape is 21–30°C. It is recommended not to apply the tape when the initial bonding temperature is below 10°C, as the adhesive may harden at such low temperatures, preventing a secure bond. However, the tack at low temperatures remains satisfactory.
