Product Description
Product Features:
Coarse‑textured high‑temperature fabric (also known as Teflon‑coated coarse‑textured fabric or PTFE‑coated fabric) is a high‑performance composite material made from glass fiber as the base, impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin and processed through a specialized manufacturing technique. The “coarse texture” on its surface is not a defect; rather, it is designed to enhance friction, prevent adhesion, and improve breathability, giving it an advantage over smooth‑surface high‑temperature fabrics in certain applications.
Product Application:
Photovoltaic lamination release liner: Used as a conveyor and release material in photovoltaic module laminators, it prevents adhesion under high temperature and high pressure. EVA Adhesion of the encapsulant film (gel‑film sticking), ensuring smooth demolding of the module (used in photovoltaic panel encapsulation production lines).
Industrial high-temperature conveying: Used as a conveyor belt for food drying and textile heat-setting, it prevents material adhesion and promotes air permeability and moisture removal (suitable for food baking and dyeing‑finishing equipment).
Handmade DIY Anti‑sticking: Used in bead‑ironing and heat‑transfer printing to prevent molten materials from adhering, enhancing the surface texture of finished products (suitable for handmade crafts and garment printing).
Anti-corrosion and anti-adhesive liner: Used as a release liner for plastic welding and heat-sealing machines, or as an anti-corrosion lining for chemical equipment, it withstands high temperatures and aggressive chemical media (applications include packaging machinery and chemical pipelines).

Note:
1. The tape thickness does not include the thickness of the release liner.
2. Custom production is available upon customer request.
3. To achieve the optimal bonding surface, the substrate must be clean and dry. The ideal temperature range for applying the adhesive tape is 21–30°C. It is recommended not to apply the tape when the initial bonding temperature is below 10°C, as the adhesive may harden at such low temperatures, preventing a secure bond. However, the tackiness at low temperatures remains satisfactory.
