Low-halogen flame-retardant CR foam undergoes a strictly controlled process of raw material calendering, cooling, aging, and re-processing. It is then extruded into high-density sheets, aged, cured in molds, foamed, aged again, and stored for a safe period, ensuring the quality of the finished foam. It features high strength and impact resistance; shock absorption, vibration reduction, and noise reduction; and heat insulation. The original sheet can be processed into functional products with various needs through various processes such as coating, adhesive backing, slitting, die-cutting, and lamination.
