Product Description:
EPDM is divided into closed-cell and open-cell materials. The density range of closed-cell materials is 55-750kg/m3, and the density range of open-cell materials is 70-300Kg/m3. After strict control of raw material calendering, cooling, aging, and re-refining, it is extruded into sheets with high density and then aged and placed in molds for vulcanization, foaming, aging, and safety cycle storage to ensure the quality of finished EPDM closed-cell series foam. It has high strength and impact resistance; shock absorption, vibration reduction, and noise reduction; and heat insulation. The foamed sheet can be cut into different thickness specifications from 2mm to 50mm. The original sheet can be processed into functional products with different needs through various processes such as coating, back gluing, slitting, die-cutting, and lamination.
Product Features:
1. Excellent aging resistance. Excellent weather resistance (light, heat, and oxygen), ozone resistance; temperature resistance (-40°C to 150°C);
2. Low thermal conductivity (3.2), good heat insulation and heat preservation;
3. High impact strength, good shock absorption and damping performance;
4. Excellent insulation performance;
5. Wide hardness range, can meet the needs of various hardness from 5 to 70 degrees (Shore C);
6. Low odor, low VOC, TVOC meets the standard, more in line with automotive industry standards;
7. More environmentally friendly materials, diversified environmental protection levels: low halogen series, low sulfur series, low ammonia series, halogen-free series, sulfur-free series, ammonia-free series.
