Product Features:

3. High cleanliness, strong adhesion, good temperature and weather resistance, solvent resistance.
Product Structure:
Uses a high-tensile strength transparent PET film as the base material, with a high-cohesion acrylic adhesive precisely coated. The entire production process takes place in a cleanroom.
Product Applications:
1. Mainly used in graphite processing, molding, and assembly; adhesion below LCD screens, LCM soft pads, etc.;
2. Other parts requiring air release: EODM, ABS, PC, PVC, touch panels, household appliance panels, nameplates, signs, etc.;
3. Adhesion of non-optical components in electronic products, car rearview mirrors, medical device components, laptops, mobile phones, monitors, copiers, and other electronic products.

Remarks:
1. The adhesive thickness does not include the thickness of the release liner.
2. Custom production is available according to customer requirements.
3. For optimal adhesion, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The optimal temperature range for tape application is 21-30℃. It is recommended that initial bonding at temperatures below 10°℃ is not suitable, as the adhesive may harden and fail to bond securely. However, the tackiness at low temperatures is still satisfactory.
